Public-Private Partnership Experience:
DCL has participated in two Public/Private Partnerships:
1998–2001: Partner in the MRDC group, responsible for the construction of 18 structures on the Fredericton to Moncton Highway Project
2005–2007: Partner in the Brun-Way group, responsible for the construction of 25 structures on the Woodstock to Grand Falls Highway Project
